Methodology

The theoretical core of this exchange after 5 years now remains the same. We do not plan the images, they are created as spontaneous responses, back and forth, like a real chat. The only difference is that instead of words, we are using images to carry a dialogue. The use of imagery to describe our experience here on earth predates linguistics and therefore transcends language, cultural, and geographical barriers. Visual conversation is universal.

Purpose

Photochatter
Photography plays a large roll in our world. The aim here is to explore and discuss the medium as a catalyst for both art and communications theory in an increasingly globalized world.
